This exhibition will mark the 36th Anniversary of the Tuesday Life Drawing Group, and will include drawings completed between 2018 and 2021. Drawings include works in pencil, pen, conté, charcoal and digital drawings on iPad. Drawings untouched back home in the studio have a spontaneity, freshness and immediacy ordinarily not seen in art exhibitions where the usual criteria include polish and composition.
I’m pleased to have several drawings on display as part of this exhibit!
The Doris Crowston Gallery is open Wednesday to Saturday, noon to 4 p.m., on Medusa Street in Sechelt. Well worth a look!

I am excited about my upcoming show at the Gibsons Public Art Gallery. I am exhibiting along with two other artists, Kasia Krowlikowska and Jayme Chalmers.
My work is a series of portraits, entitled “Fascinating Women.” This series connects my passion for painting portraits with my admiration for strong, vibrant, and inspiring women.
It opens on August 13 and runs until September 7. Check it out!

If you get a chance, my latest painting, “You and Me Against the World,” is showing in the FCA Gallery on Granville Island from February 5 to 17th. It’s a portrayal of the emotional and sometimes intense relationship between a woman and her cat.
I was pleased to have Sun Worshipper #2 accepted into the Concept Show at the FCA Gallery in September.
In June this year, I took an interesting workshop with Dominic Medici at Whidbey Island Fine Arts Studio. It was speed portrait painting, with a limited palette. Lots of fun!
So excited to have my painting "Reminiscent" accepted into "The Canvas Unbound" show at the F.C.A. Gallery on Granville Island. The exhibit runs from February 20 to March 4.
I am honoured to have been juried into the Annual International Representational Show at the Federation of Canadian Artists Gallery on Granville Island. I'm thrilled to be alongside so many talented and respected artists. This exhibit is definitely worth viewing!
